Sometimes all you want to do is to lie down for a nap or to get a good night’s sleep. But as the weeks pass, the more difficult it becomes to get comfortable in bed or on the sofa. But help is at hand! Try these easy exercises, recommended by our physiotherapist, for restful sleep. Just because you’re pregnant it doesn’t mean you have to sleep standing up!
