We continuously monitor new safety data and update our formulations proactively, before any issue arises.

As the regulatory landscape tightened to reduce certain fragrance substances in cosmetic products, our team worked closely with our expert partner perfumers to reformulate — using a refined olfactory palette to come as close as possible to the iconic Mustela scent you know and love.

Before introducing the updated fragrances, we asked more than 400 consumers to evaluate them. The results were heartening — the new fragrances were rated just as highly as the originals, and were instinctively recognised as part of the Mustela olfactory world. Many participants preferred the new scents.
